How we work
The same person from the survey to the handover
Nikolay learned the trade over a year working alongside a bathroom fitter with more than 25 years in the industry, then spent a year fitting bathrooms on his own. More than 50 bathrooms are finished so far, and plenty of them were tricky ones.
When you contact the business you are talking to the person who will run your job. He looks at the room, tells you what will work and what will not, writes a quote that lists everything, and is on site with his fitters, professionals with 150 to 200 bathrooms already completed, until he walks round the finished room with you. An average renovation takes four to five working days.
The one thing he does not do is the electrical work that needs certifying. That is done by a registered electrician who works alongside him on every job that needs one, so the cables are in the walls before the boards go on and the certificate is in your hand at the end.
We take on whole bathrooms and single jobs. A full renovation is the work we like best; a new toilet or a shower leak is often how a customer first finds us, and it is treated with the same care.

What we promise
Five things you can hold us to
- An itemised quote, in writing
- Labour by stage, materials, waste removal and electrics listed separately, so you can see what you are paying for and change anything.
- The price you agree is the price you pay
- Unless you change the job. If something only becomes visible once the walls are open, you are told and asked before any extra work.
- One person responsible for the whole room
- Nikolay runs every job and is on site with his fitters for the plumbing, the preparation, the tiling and the fitting. The electrician works alongside him, not after him.
- Honest advice before you buy
- If a shower will not run on your pressure, a tray is too thin, or a layout will not work with your soil pipe, you hear it at the survey.
- A clean house every evening
- Floor protection from the front door, dust sheets, waste cleared, tools tidy. You are living there while we work.
Honest limits
What you will be told before you pay
Part of doing the job properly is saying what it will not do. These are the things customers hear at the survey rather than after the work.
- A rainfall head on low pressure will disappoint. We measure your pressure and flow before you choose a shower.
- A toilet cannot always move to the wall you want. The soil pipe route and fall decide it, and we check at the survey.
- Cheap trays and toilets fail early. If something you have bought is likely to cause trouble, you hear it before it is fitted.
- Large tiles need flat walls. If boarding is needed to get them, it is in the quote, not a surprise on day three.
- We do not work on gas. Boilers and gas pipework go to a Gas Safe engineer, and we say so early if your plan needs one.

Tell us about your bathroom
Send a few photos of the room and a line about what you want changed. You get a free survey, an itemised quote in writing and a start date, and nobody chases you if you decide to wait.
Quotes are free, itemised and in writing. The price you agree is the price you pay unless you change the job.
