Bathroom emergencies, 24/7
Water coming through the ceiling? WhatsApp or ring, day or night.
A burst or leaking pipe, an overflowing toilet, a tap or shower that will not stop: turn the stopcock off, then send us a photo or call. Around Wrexham, Chester and the towns within about 35 minutes we come out at any hour, tell you honestly how soon we can be there and agree the cost before we start.
We do not work on boilers, heating or gas. If you smell gas, call the National Gas emergency line on 0800 111 999.
Six things, properly
Everything a bathroom needs, from one business
Most bathroom problems come from three trades who never speak to each other. We do the plumbing, the walls, the floors, the fitting and the finishing ourselves, and bring in a registered electrician for the wiring.

What we promise
Five things you can hold us to
- An itemised quote, in writing
- Labour by stage, materials, waste removal and electrics listed separately, so you can see what you are paying for and change anything.
- The price you agree is the price you pay
- Unless you change the job. If something only becomes visible once the walls are open, you are told and asked before any extra work.
- One person responsible for the whole room
- Nikolay runs every job and is on site with his fitters for the plumbing, the preparation, the tiling and the fitting. The electrician works alongside him, not after him.
- Honest advice before you buy
- If a shower will not run on your pressure, a tray is too thin, or a layout will not work with your soil pipe, you hear it at the survey.
- A clean house every evening
- Floor protection from the front door, dust sheets, waste cleared, tools tidy. You are living there while we work.
Quotes are free, itemised and in writing. The price you agree is the price you pay unless you change the job.
Prices
What moves the price up or down
Every job is quoted after a free survey, itemised. These are the six things that decide where a quote lands, so you can plan before we come out.
Layout changes
Moving the toilet, bath or shower adds first-fix days; keeping positions keeps the cost down.
How much tiling
Splash areas are quick; floor to ceiling in large-format porcelain is days of work and preparation.
Wall-hung fittings
Frames, concealed cisterns and boxing look lighter and cost more to fit than floor-standing.
Wet room or tray
A tanked, level wet room floor is more work than a low tray with a screen.
Electrics and heating
Downlights, a new fan circuit or an electric shower each add certified electrical work.
Supply and fit or fit only
Buying your own suite can save money; we check it suits your plumbing before we quote.

Questions
What people ask before they book
What areas do you cover?
Wrexham and the whole county borough, Chester and Cheshire West, Flintshire, Denbighshire, the Wirral and Liverpool, north Shropshire and Telford, Cheshire East towns from Nantwich and Crewe to Macclesfield, Runcorn, Widnes and Warrington, Manchester and Stockport, and Stoke-on-Trent with Newcastle-under-Lyme. Each town has its own page with the local detail.
Do you supply the bathroom or do I buy it?
Either. We supply and fit, with every item listed and priced on the quote so you can swap anything; or we fit a suite you have bought yourself. We ask to see your order list before we quote so we can check it suits your plumbing and pressure.
Who does the plumbing and the electrics?
Nikolay and his fitters do the plumbing, preparation, tiling and fitting. Bathroom electrics that need certifying (lighting, fans, electric showers, shaver sockets) are done by a registered electrician who works alongside him, and you get the certificate.
How long will I be without a bathroom?
Our full renovations average four to five working days; a wet room or a job where the toilet moves takes a little longer. We tell you before the start which days the toilet is out of use. The shower is the last thing in, so plan on being without it for most of the job.
How much does a new bathroom cost?
It depends on the room, what moves and what you choose, which is why we quote after a free survey rather than from a price list. Our cost guide explains the typical ranges in this area and what pushes a job up or down.
Is the quote really free, and is there any pressure?
Yes, and no. The survey and the itemised quote are free. The quote stands, and nobody chases you. People often come back months later when the timing is right.
Do you do small jobs, or only full bathrooms?
Both. A new toilet, a leaking shower, resealing a bath or regrouting a wall are all jobs we take on, priced before we start. Small jobs are how most people first meet us.
Are you insured and guaranteed?
The insurance and guarantee wording will be published here as soon as Nikolay has confirmed it; you can ask to see the documents at the survey. Electrical work is certified by the registered electrician.
Next step
Tell us about your bathroom
The size of the room, what you want changed, and roughly when. Nikolay replies to arrange a free survey. The quote is itemised and in writing, and it stands.
